Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
• Final sale items, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@maisonnautique.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and issue your return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for their own return shipping at this time. We do not offer free return shipping for orders outside the U.S.
